Introduction to Tai Chi In-Person

Join us for a Tai Chi class for beginners with instructor Marc Sabin. Tai Chi, or Taijiquan is a is a Chinese martial art that consists of slow controlled movements developed for the purpose of increasing longevity, inner power, and awareness. There are a number of physical and mental benefits to practicing Tai Chi. Tai Chi teaches equilibrium which will help you to be centered, calm, and present for any situation that arises. It also increases muscle strength, flexibility, and balance  This gentle and low-impact exercise is generally safe for all ages and fitness levels. 

No prior experience required.

Marc Sabin has  has been studying and teaching Tai Chi for over 25 years
