Robotics for Teens! In-Person
For teens 11-18 years old
Embark on an exciting journey into the world of robotics and computer science with Orange County Cornell Cooperative Extenstion's 4-H program. Designed for curious minds and aspiring young tech enthusiasts, this program offers a hands-on introduction to the fundamentals of robotics and coding.
Participants will:
- Build and Program Robots: Design, build, and program robots to complete various tasks and missions. Dive into programming to bring your creations to life, controlling their movements and actions.
- Explore Coding Basics: Understand the essentials of computer programming with beginner-friendly languages with Scratch. Develop logical thinking and problem-solving skills through interactive coding exercises and projects.
Our program emphasizes creativity, innovation, and teamwork, providing a supportive environment where participants can experiment, learn, and grow. No prior experience is required—just bring your enthusiasm and imagination!
