Reiki Training Info Session In-Person
During this info session for those interested in completing a Reiki training, Ana Mendez of Fire & Spirit will:
- Introduce the different levels and explain what students learn at each stage
- Cover the attunement process and how it works,as well as what to expect during Reiki training
- Discuss her students' experience and her own Reiki journey
- Guide students through a Level I Reiki meditation technique called Joshin Kokyu Ho, which focuses on breath
