Join yoga instructor Gianna Avila for an hour of yoga and mindfulness for teens and tweens ages 11-17. Learn about the physical, emotional, and mental benefits of yoga. No experience necessary, registration required. Feel free to bring a mat if you have your own, but one will be provided.
