Winslow Homer in the Hudson Valley with Laura Nicholls In-Person
Join art lecturer Laura Nicholls on a journey through the life and works of American artist, and occasional Hudson Valley resident Winslow Homer during this one-hour presentation. We will explore some of the places, and people, that inspired his most iconic works and learn how he viewed our region through his eyes.
Laura Nicholls is an art lecturer at the Town of Newburgh Desmond Center for Community Enrichment, as well as local libraries and cultural programs. she is also a docent and freelance educator at Storm King Art Center in Mountainville, NY.
