Beginners Yoga 101 with Yoga Shala In-Person

Taught by Bibi Lorenzetti, this 5-week course is the perfect safe environment where to build your yoga foundation if you are new to yoga. During the classes, you’ll learn the fundamental yoga postures and breathing techniques, each session building on the previous week’s class. You will learn how to modify the most commonly practiced poses for your ability or body type, in a friendly, non-intimidating environment.  At the end of the series you will feel confident enough to join our open level classes. By signing up you will receive a free class at Newburgh Yoga Shala to practice what you’ve learned within our walls. Registration is required as space is limited; register once to attend all five classes.

 About Bibi:
Originally from Italy, Bibi has been teaching for over 10 years and is both an RYT Certified Yoga Instructor and an Authorized Ashtanga Yoga Teacher. Owner of Newburgh Yoga Shala, Bibi believes in the profound intelligence and many benefits of the classical practices of Yoga. Her teaching is rooted in her own disciplined and dedicated practice; her classes guide you to use asana as a tool for deep inner growth, threading breath and movement to cultivate body awareness, steadiness of mind, and a healthy, ease-filled life.
