Speaker Bio: Gary Schuster has been an attorney with Jacobowitz & Gubits, LLP, in Walden, New York, since 2004 and is now a Partner. His varied practice includes business, nonprofits, arts and entertainment, copyright and trademark, estate planning, administration and litigation, guardianships, and real estate. Gary has helped form, buy and sell all kinds of businesses including medical and veterinary practices, printers and publishers, tech companies, franchises, restaurants, bus companies, liquor stores, gas stations, hair salons, tattoo parlors, funeral homes, a theater, and more. Gary also has extensive experience as both a Board member and attorney representing many kinds of nonprofits. He is currently on the board of the New York Council of Nonprofits (NYCON), Vision Hudson Valley (formerly The Orange County Citizens Foundation), the Orange County Arts Council, and the Business Council of Greater Montgomery. He was also an Adjunct Professor at SUNY Orange teaching Music Business.
